Up Coming Week

The following week I have to get my projects prepared for Survey.  That word I now dread.  I have been awake until 5 in the morning for 3-4 days this week and I'm sick of it.  As soon as I get home I am not doing work until that late.  I feel like I failed a class.  I'm not too happy about that.  I also evaluated my teachers this week.  Bill and Rudy are my least liked teachers.  I can't wait for next wednesday to come and go.  I also have much to do as in get my children book printed and touch up things so I don't SUCK.  However that didn't change how I felt in my Illustration class earlier.  People are so much better than me that I want to jump off my balcony.  I also heard about a company wanting interns for next semester and maybe the summer.  I hope I can get this job because I need money and in the summer I'll be closer to Angela distance wise.  Picture related; it's a page out of my children book.

Turkey Count Down

I have been going about my semester with horrible success.  My projects seem to almost never end.  I have to spark up my finished pieces in 3 weeks.  I have little time for play.  In the mean time my vacation starts after I get out of World Civ tomorrow (technically today since it is 2:13 a.m. ET).  I won't be going to my other classes because I can do so.  My Illustration class is a bitch with herpes pretty much.  I can not wait until I get to xmas break though because no work will be involved.  I have been consistently waiting until the last day or so to do work as a result of being lazy.  I also have around 15 dollars left on my meal plan.  I have to resort to buying food and stocking up for the couple of weeks I have left.  On a more cheerful note I am overwhelmed with joy at our new president, Barack Obama.  I don't see how people can think he is the Antichrist.  Hopefully our economy will improve once he kicks good old George out of the house.  In speaking of improving economy I saw a commercial today on the MTVU network that bluntly said, "We are asking for your help to make a video game that will resolve this economic mess we're in."  How stupid does this sound?  Very.  It gets an 8 out of 10 on my stupid bar (the bar that knocks the smart out of things).  I can't quite say how lucky I am, though it took no effort, to have witnessed the Avett Brothers live the last weekend.  I saw them in Ithica's Stage Theatre and let me tell you that they fucking rock.  To me, they beat out ZZ Top live.  Unfortunately they are the only shows I've been to so far.
